Our processing time is 1-2 business days. Processing time does not include delivery time. Delivery times are estimations and are not guaranteed.
We ship orders Monday-Thursday. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or local and national holidays.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the package, final destination and service chosen at checkout. Discount codes will not be applied to shipping fees.
All products are shipped using a third-party carrier. Once the order is out for delivery, Boom Candy no longer assumes responsibility for loss or damages. Items lost or damaged en route will not be refunded by Boom Candy. Items not delivered due to incorrect shipping information will not be refunded or replaced. Please check your delivery information before checkout.

Cancellations or Order Changes
To change or cancel an order, please call 416-800-4314 or email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will do our best to accommodate any requests, however orders already in production or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
